It’s been another busy week here, helped though by the vast improvement in the weather. Today has been a beautiful day and we are promised another one tomorrow which I am hoping is correct as we have our annual Easter Egg hunt, barbeque and croquet tournament with some friends. Yes, I did say Easter Egg hunt – sensibly it was postponed because of the cold weather at Easter, and it would appear that the right alternative date was chosen weatherwise!
Lots of orders have gone out this week, although the Leeds rugby bee isn’t finished yet as I am waiting for some aubergine coloured fibre to arrive. Getting the correct colours for this was such a chore, invovling lots of internet searching through pictures of rugby players! You can imagine how hard that was?!
This rabbit will be on his/her way to a new home on Tuesday. I’m very pleased with how the hearts have come together and they have given me some ideas for other things I could do with them.
There’s not much else to show on the making front, so here are some photos from the garden that I took today. So lovely to see things coming into bloom at last.
As usual I’m going to link up with all the other lovely Handmade Monday blogs over at Handmade Harbour and have a peek at the gorgeous things that have been made this week. Until next Sunday……………!
PS: Check out the lovely Natalie’s blog at Freespirit Designs and have a sneaky preview of my husband’s birthday present (but only if you promise not to tell him!)!

A very cute bunny and the hearts are great. Gorgeous pics of flowers and blossom – you are right, it is so nice to see them, feel I have waited ages for things to flower. Hope you have a good week.

awww that is just the cutest bunny ever!! I love the colours you’ve used for the hearts and his one floppy ear is adorable!
It sounds like a very wise decision to have postponed your easter egg hunt, i distinctly remember it being very cold on the weekend itself and we kept ours to indoors.
Beautiful flower photos, isn’t it cheering to see everything blooming at last 🙂 x
p.s. a certain hairy friend of yours id featured on my blog today! xx

Such a cute rabbit and your flowers are beautiful.
I know ‘Peggle’ is an old folk name for cowslips! Maybe they are also known as poggle.

A beautiful rabbit, I particularly like the colours of the hearts. I think needle felted work is amazing. Taking fibres an turning them into something amazing.
Your spring garden is beautiful too.

The bunny is gorgeous and thanks for the beautiful photos of your flowers. There’s not much in bloom in my garden at the moment so it was lovely to see your garden coming back to life. Have a lovely week.

Ah love your little bunny, he’s a cutie! It seems we’ve gone backwards weatherwise this week, but your garden pictures have brought a little sunshine back today! It always makes me want to get my stiffened silk out and start making petals! 🙂
