I have to admit that there’s not been a lot of making going on this week because we have had the builders here plastering and generally making a lot of mess, and more importantly because of the fabulous weather we have had. So instead of showing you what I have made I thought I’d share a few photographs of what I’ve been up to in the sunshine.
First of all we celebrated.
My husband treated himself to this (which has no battery so doesn’t work yet)! You can guess what he’ll be doing in his spare time from now on!
Daisy and I had a lovely photo taken together (I seldom get ones of the two of us),
whilst we were waiting to see this.
And to round off the week we did some of this (didn’t hit a single thing but had great fun and ticked it off my list of things I’ve always wanted to try). And here is what we were next to whilst doing it.
Finally I thought I’d leave you with a few photos from the garden which is loving the sunshine but, dare I say it, probably needs a little bit of rain now!
So apologies for the lack of craftiness this week, but I will have some bits to show you next week I promise – including an orb and sceptre!
Now I’m going to link up to Handmade Monday over at Handmade Harbour and have a wander through all the other fantastic blogs on there. Enjoy your week and see you same time, same place next weekend.

There seems to be a theme of sunshine posts and flowers of photos in handmade monday this week, makes me feel really summery. You look like you’ve had a lovely week, and why not indeed!

Lovely pics of your life in a week – always nice to see what goes on behind the crafting. Hope the builders didn’t create too much of a clearing-up session for you. Have a good week.

beautiful flowers, it’s been a lovely sunny week, lets hope we have many more.
Thank you for popping over to my blog, it must be difficult finding a way to label felt items, maybe a bit of printed ribbon?

I was wondering about getting some name tapes printed so that I could sew/stick them on.

My kids used to love their Grandad’s ride on, never mind your husband, he might not get a go. Thanks for sharing pic’s, great one of you and Daisy (very smiley) and the torch.

Looks as if you have lots of fun. We have had the paddling pool out too but had to fill it up with buckets!! At least I could then use the water to give my plants a drink.:)

What a lovely post – you packed in so much! Thank you for popping over to my blog and for your lovely comment – your garden is just beautiful. What a view! The Torch is going to go very close to where we are in Winchester so I may just wander out and find a spot to see it – apparently an extra 30,000 people are expected on the day!
